加强高校无形资产管理研究

介绍了高校无形资产的内容及特征,指出了高校无形资产管理中存在的一些问题,并提出了加强和完善高校无形资产管理的建议。指出在我国高校资产管理中,由于对无形资产管理的意识淡薄,致使高校现有的无形资产遭受了严重的流失或侵害。因此,加强我国高校无形资产的管理,对维护高校的合法权益,提高无形资产的使用效益,具有非常重要的现实意义。

On Strengthening Management of Intangible Asset of Universities

This paper analyzes the contents and characteristics of intangible assets and points out the problems which exist in the intangible asset management,and proposes the measure in the intangible asset management in universities.The author indicates that with the development of knowledge economy,the value of intangible assets has been playing an important role in the development of colleges and universities in China.However,lack of awareness on the management of intangible assets results in a serious loss or harm in universities.Therefore,strengthening the management of intangible assets of China's colleges and universities is of a very important practical significance for colleges and universities to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests and improve efficiency in the use of intangible assets.
