城市化进程中失地农民权益保障问题探讨

随着中国城市化进程的加快，大量农民土地被征用，失地农民的数量迅猛增加。由于中国现行土地征用制度等方面存在一定问题，使许多失地农民利益受到严重损害，并对其生存和发展形成严峻的挑战。为此，须着力构建失地农民的利益补偿机制、再就业创新机制和社会保障机制，切实保障中国失地农民的合法权益。

With the development of urbanization in our country, lots of farmland was taken over by the government which has resulted in the sharp increase of land - lost farmer. For certain problems in the existing land acquisition system, much harm of farmers＇benefits exists in the process of expropriation of land. A lot of land - lost farmers are facing serious challenges from life and survival. So we must build the mechanism of interests＂ compensation, reemployment innovation and social security In order to protect the land- lost farmers＇legitimate rights and interests.
