| 摘 要： | 针对我国科技信息资源公共服务平台及共性技术科技创新平台的研究现状，就共性技术的产生及发展进行了介绍，分析了地区科技创新公共服务平台建设过程中存在的主要问题，阐述了科技信息资源在共性技术科技创新公共服务平台的重要作用，提出了基于共性技术科技信息公共服务的建设思路。
