抗战时期，中共高举民主大旗，不仅保障了抗战的顺利进行，而且成功地进行了党政权合法性的建构。政权合法性，简言之，就是统治者赢得更多被统治者对现存政治秩序的认同。将从统治者“使服从”能力的塑造过程来分析抗战时期民主对政权合法性的建构。
