| 摘 要： | 海陵监在中国海盐史发展上有着重要的历史地位，通过对海陵监和西溪盐仓史料的梳理，认为海陵监的设立时间应在乾元年间，设立地点在东台西溪，并认为在西溪三相中，晏殊实际上并未在西溪任职过，是前人之误会。

| Abstract: | It is obvious that Hailing Salt Administrative Office has been of great importance in Chinese sea salt history. After referring to historical records and files on Hailing Salt Administrative Office and Xixi Salt Storehouses, the writer holds that Hailing Salt Administrative Office was set up between 758AD - 760AD and the office was set at Xixi Salt Storehouses. Moreover, as far as the three prime ministers are concerned, Yanshu had not taken office at Xixi. |
