| 摘 要： | 由于宋代借贷关系的日益普遍,宋朝官府加大了对借贷契约关系的管理力度,宋代在借贷的利率、担保、履行方面都制定了严格、完备的法律,国家对借贷契约关系的法律调控在一定程度上为当时借贷关系的正常运行提供了保障,维护了借贷秩序的稳定。

| Abstract: | Due to the increasingly common loan relation,the Song government enhanced the management of loan contracts and established strict and complete law system in the aspects of loan interest,warranty and fulfilment.The government's legal regulation povided guarantee for the normal function of loan relation and maintained the stability of loan order. |
