| 摘 要： | 针对合作意识在当前大学生中较为淡薄以及教育工作者对此也比较忽视的现状,运用心理学的有关理论,论述了合作的概念,并从大学生个体发展及其与团体关系的两个方面分析了培养大学生合作意识的重要性,阐述了培养大学生合作意识的途径。
