| Abstract: | The current deflation in China is the second type of deflation closely related to the distribution and flow of curren- cy, and is deeply rooted in the structural problems in the national economic development. Real estate is both cause and solution to the problem of deflation. Therefore, current housing reform policies demand immediate ad- justment. |
