| Abstract: | Based on the foundation of Marx Weber "ideal type",this paper analyzed the bureaucracy characteristic and the counter-function.It also discussed the relation between the internal bureaucracy relations within enterprise organizations and the relational network.Furthermore it discussed the importance of these two reciprocities for enterprise efficiency. |
