The Comparative Research on the Share Repurchase of Chinese and Foreign Listed Companies

Since share repurchase came into being in the 1970s,it had performed great function in western capital market.While,it is still a rebirth thing in China,so learning from the foreign experience and using for reference will do good to our company and market.This paper compares the law of many countries,motives and modes with foreign countries in share repurchase,obtains some problems and proposals in the end,and hopes to arose attention,as well as prompt it developing and perfect.
