| 摘 要： | 在法律领域,效力一词使用频率颇高,含义不一,有法律效力、权利的效力、行为的效力等.但是,各种效力的含义虽是确定的,但却发生现实的混用,通过重点阐明权利的效力和行为的效力以及混用表现,强调权利的效力不同于权利的内容.指出并阐述"违法行为的效力"问题.

| Abstract: | In law field,the word of effect is used frequently.There are law effect,effect of right and effect of act etc.They are different in meaning,but the meanings are definite.The effects are often misused actually.This article introduces the misuses,clarifies effect of right and effect of act,and points out that effect of right differs from content of right.More significant exposition is about effect of illegal act.The value of this article is discussing a basic concept in law again that is be accustomed to. |
