我国流动人口健康自评状况及其影响因素分析

为了贯彻落实党的十九大精神和《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》,促进流动人口社会融合与家庭发展,流动人口的健康与发展问题成为国家着力解决的重点民生问题。我国规模庞大的流动人口的健康问题不仅影响其自身的发展,而且影响流动人口的家庭发展以及健康中国的建设。本文利用2017年全国流动人口动态监测数据对我国流动人口健康自评状况进行研究,分别从个体因素、经济因素、流动因素和社会融合因素对影响流动人口健康状况的主要因素进行分析。结果表明个人因素对流动人口的健康状况均有影响,经济因素和流动因素中只有就业单位性质和父母流动经历对健康状况没有影响,而社会融合因素只有居留意愿对健康状况没有影响。分析我国流动人口健康状况及影响因素对于实现流动人口公共服务均等化和全民健康具有重要的现实意义。

Analysis on the Health Self-assessment of Floating Population and Its Influencing Factors in China

In order to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the“Health China 2030 Plan Outline”,and to promote the social integration and family development of migration,the government should solve health and development problem of the floating population.This problem not only affect the development of floating population itself,but also affect the family development and the construction of healthy China.Based on the data of Dynamic Monitoring of National Floating Popu⁃lation 2017,this paper analyzes the health self-assessment status of floating population,and analyzes the main factors affecting the health status from individual factors,economic factors,floating factors and social integration factors.The results show that individual factors have an impact on the health status.In the eco⁃nomic factors and the floating factors,only the nature of the employment unit and the experience of par⁃ents’mobility have no impact on the health status.In the social integration factors,only the residence inten⁃tion has no impact on the health status.The analysis of the health status and its influencing factor is of great practical significance for realizing the equalization of public services and the health of whole population.
