| Abstract: | To establish a correct political achievements view is an important request put forward by the Central Party Committee to the whole party, and you must establish correct power view , status view and interests view at first; must insist on being guided with the scientific development view ; must carry forward spirit of looking for the truth and be practical;and must appraise and weigh leading cadre's political achievements scientifically . |
