摘    要:生源差异对教育教学效果的影响是显而易见的,高校的教育教学效果很大程度上体现为学生的知识结构、学识水平和综合能力。基于生源差异的高等教育有效质量要求教育主客体务必纠正既定的教育教学偏见,视生源差异为教育资源,帮助和引导学生做好自我认知,提升师生的相互认同度,在教学设计、活动安排等教育情境中注重挖掘学生的潜能,从而提高学生学习的自觉性和教育教学的有效性。
