| 摘 要： | 50 0年的社会发展存在着如下的周期循环 :思想启蒙→政治革命→科学革命→技术革命→产业革命 ,至今已经历了三次循环 ,每次循环都把社会推向新的阶段 ,都发生思想中心、科学中心、技术中心、世界强国的转移。中国在前两次循环中落后了 ,在第三次循环后期开始加快现代化步伐 ,追赶世界先进国家
