| 摘 要： | 军队建设自觉服从和服务于国家建设大局,并在服从大局中加强自身建设,是邓小平军队建设思想的基本内容。这一思想是邓小平洞察国际国内发展局势作出的科学决策,是国家建设大局变化的必然要求。在国家建设大局中,只有正确理解和把握富国与强军的关系,做到两个建设相协调、两个进程相一致、两种资源相匹配,才能在全面建设小康社会进程中实现富国与强军的统一。
