| 摘 要： | 青岛百合药材比目前使用的百合商品药材鳞片小,颜色稍深。其粉末的显微特征中,淀粉粒最为普遍,并常见梯纹增厚的导管碎片和薄壁组织碎片,表皮细胞碎片少见。硅胶 G 薄层层析显示,青岛百合水提取液与商品百合水提取液的荧光斑点数量近于相等,并且对应斑点处的亮度,青岛百合的较强。青岛百合鳞茎富含淀粉,并从样品检测出17种氨基酸,其中7种氨基酸为人体必需的。

| Abstract: | The bulb scales of Tsingtau lily crude drug are smaller than those of the commercial lily drug,and the color appears little dark.The starch grain contains no layers,and the hilum possesses a rift,and the broken vessels with scalariform thickenings.So it is easy to be identified.The chemical component of Tsingtau lily crude drug is the same as that of the commercial lily drugs,by silica gel G thin layer chromatography.The bulb scales of Tsingtau lily are rich in starch and contain 17 kinds of amine acids in the sample.Among which,7 kinds are essential to human body. |
