| Abstract: | Annexing and re-organizing means that one enterprise can get property right of another one and is an economical behaviour to control other enterprises through the deal of property right under the condition of market economy.The essential motivation of enterprise annexing and re-organizing lies in the maximum of enterprise's profits.The direct motivation of enterprise's annexing is pluralistic,so the annexing behaviour controlled by the motivation may promote realization of the maximum of enterprise's profits. |
