| 摘 要： | 中国共产党纪律检查机关的产生方式、领导体制、工作任务在不同时期有不同规定,从产生方式和领导体制上看,其发展历程可分为三个阶段,每一阶段都有各自的特点。如何在制度上赋予各级纪委相对独立的监督地位和充分有效的监督权力,乃是党的纪律检查体制改革的关键所在。
