| Abstract: | Chinese Communist Party 16th Conference Report carries out Three Represents Theory thoroughly, discussing all-around developments and innovations in the Party's ideological line, political line and mass line, systematically demonstrates the Fundamental Rules of Chinese Communist Party in the new stage of socialist construction including setting people's thought free and seeking the truth, keeping pace with the times and constantly exploring the new situation of Marxism, representing the superiority of the Party and socialism with development as the first thing, and closely reliant on the mass, promoting the historical process of China's prosperity. |
