Education Reformation and Social Harmony in the Latin American Countries

The original intention of the education reformation of the Latin America was to set up a kind of equitable,stable and active education discipline through reformation,however by contrary,it doesn't bring the social harmony,but to worsen the conflicts and to cause the unrest of the society.The problems about selecting the ways to develop education in Latin American education reformation,the education equality and social justice,globalization of economy with modernization of education and the role that the state governments play in the education development make us reflect and bring us some revelation.
