| 摘 要： | 面对国内外环境的变化以及金融危机向实体经济的快速扩散，为了增强我国产业集群的竞争力，促进集群的可持续发展，集群升级迫在眉睫。产业集群网络作为描述集群结构的模型，其演化过程与集群升级息息相关。本文借用生物演化中的三个核心概念，研究产业集群网络的动态演化过程，并在此基础上进一步分析集群发展中的锁定风险以及打破锁定、实现升级的路径。

| Abstract: | Facing the fact that domestic and foreign environment changes rapidly and financial crises spread quickly to real economy, in order to enhance industrial clusters＇ competitiveness and promote sustainable development of clusters, the research on cluster upgrading is becoming more and more important. As a model describing cluster structure, cluster network＇s evolution process is closely related to cluster upgrading. By applying three core conceptions in biological evolution, this paper studies the dynamic evolution process of the cluster network. Based on this, the author further analyzes the lock-in risk during a cluster＇s development and the path of breaking lock-in and achieving cluster upgrading. |
