试论高校民主党派成员素质的培养与提高

民主党派成员的综合素质是其发挥参政议政作用的基础,对此,高校的统战工作应努力从社会主义的物质文明、精神文明和政治文明三个方面,实事求是地认真做好民主党派成员的思想教育工作,既积极为民主党派成员成长发展提供必要的条件,又要为他们的充分发挥作用提供坚实的舞台,只有这样,才能真正把民主党派组织建设和思想建设落在实处。

Cultivation and Improvement of the Qualities of Democratic Party Members in Colleges and Universities

The overall qualities of democratic party members are the very foundation on which they can participate and play a role in political affairs. Therefore, those responsible for the united front work in colleges and universities should lay great emphasis on the education of democratic party members from the following three aspects: the socialist material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization. By doing this, they can not only provide the democratic party members with all necessary conditions for their growing and maturation, but also provide them with a solid stage on which they can play a role in political affairs. Only in this way can the construction of democratic party grassroots be well done in the true sense.
