| 摘 要： | 性骚扰是近几年引起人们普遍关注的社会问题,有许多的案例发生。实践中性骚扰行为已经发生了很多变化,突破了人们固有的认识与理解,要想减少并防止该行为的发生,必须对其重新定位与思考。本文试图通过对性骚扰行为的概念、行为主体、侵害客体、以及发生场所进行分析,以揭示该行为的本质。

| Abstract: | In recent years, many cases of sexual harassment have taken place, which has become a serious social problem arousing widely concern. Nowadays, sexual harassment has changed a lot, which is beyond people previous recognition and understanding. In order to decrease and prevent the occurance of sexual harassment, We should rethink its definition and other related problems. By analyzing the concept of sexual harassment, the subjects, the suffered objects and the situation of the case, the paper try to reveal its essence. |
