| 摘 要： | 品格证据作为一种特殊的证据形式,在美国刑事诉讼中被广泛运用。其品格证据规则针对不同的诉讼主体,设计了不同的规范方式,这不仅明确了品格证据的相关性价值,而且合理地规避了运用此种证据可能带来的推理偏见和伦理偏见,值得我国借鉴。

| Abstract: | Character evidence is a special form of evidence which is widely used in American criminal litigation.Different forms of standards are designed according to different subjects in litigation when character evidence rules are set,which is worth learning in our country in that it not only clarifies the relevant value of character evidence,but also reasonably dodges inference prejudice and ethic prejudice that may appear in using such evidence. |
