试论江南水师学堂

19世纪80年代后，晚清海军教育逐渐展开，北洋海军、福建海军、广东海军都创办了海军学校。1891年，南洋海军也创办了自己的海军学校江南水师学堂。学校最初招生严格，课程设置适当，管理较好。进入20世纪后，学校的招生放松，教学、管理也相应松懈下来。结果，学校的教学质量下降。

A BRIEF ANASYLE ABOUT JIANGNAN INSTITUTE OF NAVY

In the late of 1980s,the eduction of the navy in the late Qing government gradually developed,and the naval institutes were built at the Beiyang fleet,fuJian fleet and Guangdong fleet.JiangNan institute of Navy were also built for the NanYang fleet in 1891.Firstly,the recrution was strict ,the curriculum was appropriate and so the administration at JiangNan institute of Navy.In the 20 century ,the recrution was slaggier than before ,and so the administration ,the teaching.As a result,the effect of the teaching in JiangNan institute of Navy was gradually fallen.
