矿区城市可持续发展面临的问题

矿产资源的不可再生性,最终会使矿区城市失去它的自然禀赋的优越性。尝试从两个角度深入探讨矿区城市在可持续发展中存在的问题:第一,从矿区城市内部来看,产业结构不合理、生态环境破坏、矿业经济的“低值性”等是其发展的主要问题;第二,从矿区城市外部环境的变化来看,资源产业地位的变化、资金等要素的短缺、资源产业市场发育缓慢等是其发展的主要障碍。

Problems of mining area city in sustainable development

Mining city is a special religion in the economic development process. But, "only use"character of mining resources will make mining city loss the advantages of mining resources. From the changing process of all the mining cities in the world, not only the change of internal environment of mining city but also the change of external environment of mining city put forward many challenges. This paper firstly defines the mining of mining city,then discusses the problems of mining city in sustainable development from the changes of internal environment and external environment.
