| 摘 要： | 信用的概念随着人类社会的变迁在不同的历史时期有着不同的内涵。最先出现的是信用的伦理含义,其次出现的是信用的经济含义,最后出现的是信用的法学含义。现代社会的信用概念是历史上诸种含义的统一。"信用"一语与"信誉"、"信任"的含义既有区别,又有联系。

| Abstract: | The concept of credit has different connotations in different times.The first one is moral connotation of credit,the second is economicalone,and the last is law.The concept of credit in modern time is a unity of these connotations in history.The word 'credit' is different from the word 'reputation' and 'trust'.On the other hand,the connotations of these words are relevant. |
