| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是在现代化、市场化和全球化的时代背景以及农村发展滞后的中国现实背景和乡村建设相关知识背景下提出的一种发展战略。对这一战略的理解需要把握新的农村建设和建设新的农村两个方面,并从多元化和城市化模式中探寻新农村建设路径。避免陷入守土保农观、狭隘建设观、片面问题治理观,以及政治运动化、形式主义和机械模仿等认识和实践上的误区。

| Abstract: | Constructing new socialist countryside is a developmental strategy put forward under the era background of modernization,marketization and globalization,realist background of late development of countryside,and knowledge background of rural construction theory.To understand this strategy,we should distinguish new rural construction and constructing new countryside,and find new road from multi-patterns of urbanization,avoiding from keeping peasantism,narrow view of construction and one-sided opinion of coping problems.We also should avoid being misled in realization and practice by political movement,formalism and mechanic imitating. |
