| 摘 要： | 当今世界各国都普遍注重对受教育权平等的保护,受教育权在绝大部分国家既是宪法规定的基本权利同时也是教育立法规定的普通权利。拟从宪法学视野探讨受教育权平等及其宪法保障的问题,以期有助于社会主义和谐社会的构建。为此,应积极培养公民的宪政意识,树立教育平等的观念;修改完善宪法,提供立法保障;严格执法,提供司法保障。

| Abstract: | current widespread attention from all over the world to equal protection of education,education in most of the countries of the constitution is the basic rights are also common education legislation.From the constitutional perspective is discussed and the constitutional protection equal education,in order to help the construction of socialistic harmonious society.Therefore,should actively cultivate citizens of constitutional consciousness,establish the education concept of equality,Modification constitution,provide legislative,Strict law enforcement,providing legal guarantee. |
