| 摘 要： | 对西部民族地区的经济发展现状及中国加入 WTO后给西部民族地区带来的机遇和挑战进行了分析。建议以缘西边境国际经济带为重心 ,构建新的经济发展战略。提出了发展科教事业 ,加强企业、体制准备 ,转变观念 ,加速对外开放 ,开拓新兴产业 ,扩展国外市场 ,规范发展中介服务业 ,活化经营策略 ,加快与国际惯例接轨 ,加强对民族工业的自我保护等实施缘西边境国际经济开发战略的具体措施。

| Abstract: | The present paper is an analysis of the economic status quo and opportunities and challenges that West China is apt to be exposed to after China's entry into the World Trade Organization. It is proposed that a new economic strategy be established making the best of the frontier environment. This strategy is to include such aspects as education and science, enterprise systems, ideological transformation, the speeding up of the open policy, pioneering into new industries, expansion of overseas market, regulating emerging servicing and meditating businesses, activating management tactics, adoption of international standards,and the protection of national enterprises. |
