| 摘 要： | 教师人格的塑造是教师发展的重要主题之一 ,同时也是教师发展中较为薄弱的环节。本文分析了教师职业生涯与发展中几种重要人格特质的内涵及其对学生所产生的心理影响 ,旨在帮助教师理解并重视自身人格特质与行为方式对学生身心发展的重要影响 ,从而为教师提高其教育、教学的心里水平提供心理学依据。

| Abstract: | The development of the teacher's personality is not only one of the most important subjects but also a weaker aspect in teacher's career growth. In this paper, we analyze several important kinds of the intrinsic meanings of personality in teacher's career growth and its impact on students' mentality.The motivation of the paper is to help teachers to understand and pay attentions to their personality and behavior which have great impact on students,and provide a theoretical foundation in psychology for teachers to improve the levels of their mentality in teaching and education. |
