中共十六大胜利召开了 ,这是一次团结的大会、胜利的大会、奋进的大会。中国共产党的形象和威信出现了历史上又一个高峰期 ,中国共产党已经用最充分有力的诚意、行动和事实赢得了全国人民。而回想十一年前苏联解体、苏共衰亡的历史场景似乎仍定格在眼前。两大执政党的命运如此天壤之别 ,笔者认为其思想根源是能否坚持与时俱进

Why Our Thoughts Must Keep Pace with the Times

The 16th Conference of Party was held and was a umi ted victorious and exciting meeting.The image and prestige of the Communist Part y of China has reached another new height in the history.The Communist Party of China has won the belief of the people all over the country through real honesty ,action and facts.Looking back to the collapse of the fermer Soviet Union eleven years ago,the historical occasion of the Communit Party of the Soviet Union whi ch decayed is still before our eyes.The author believes the reason why there is a big difference of fate between the two ruling parties depends whether its thou gth is keeping pace with the times or not.
