| Abstract: | It is the necessity to establish a scientific and efficient mechanism to encourage and constrain the managers to meet the requirement of reform within state-owned enterprises.There are now some unreasonable respects to the mechanism of incentive and constraint in these enterprises,and a modernized system should be established as soon as possible.An yearly salary should be formalized in different ways for the different state-owned enterprises.And the functions of market operation should be emphasized. |
