| Abstract: | An improvement of judicial efficiency is not only prerequisite and powerful guarantee for achieving judicial justice,but necessity for establishment and development of socialist market economy.To improve the judicial efficiency,we must reform the internal management system of the court,improve trial quality,shorten the time for trial procedure;and develop a team of competent judges. |
