当代经济规制理论的沿革与发展

随着经济体制市场化进程的加速 ,政府对微观经济主体的管理 ,越来越多地从直接干预国有经济主体的经营活动转向对全社会各类所有制的微观经济主体的市场行为进行规制。因此 ,经济体制改革的深化要求理论界加强微观经济规制理论的研究。对当代经济规制政策变迁有深刻影响的两类经济规制理论 :一是主张政府强化经济规制理论的沿革 ,简述了从早期的传统市场失灵论到消费者信息不完全理论和现代市场失灵论的发展脉络 ;二是主张政府简化规制理论的发展 ,概述了非市场组织理论、利益集团理论、政治企业家职能理论和新古典经济学的经济规制理论等新理论

Change and development of modern economic regulation theories

With acceleration of economic system marketing,government managing microeconomic main bodies,more and more have transferred from directly involving product and distribution of state enterprises to marketing behaviors of microeconomic main bodies of various ownership in whole society.Thus,with the deepening of economic system reform,economic theory circles are desired to reinforce research of microeconomic regulation.Two kinds of economic regulation theories have influenced profoundly modern west states'economic policies.One is evolution of persisting government to intensify regulation theories,briefly introducing its development thread:early tradition market failure theory,consumers' poor information theory,modern market failure theory.Another is simplifying government deregulation theories,in broad outlining the new regulation theories:non-market organization theory;interest group theory;political entrepreneurship theory;neo classical economics'regulation theory.
