| Abstract: | The Socializafion of rule of law is the course of action which makes people trust the conception, intention and attitude towards the rule of Law by the machanism of rule of Law.Its traits are the unity of the Sta- te's promoting and people's attending;of the intrinsic and the extrinsic;of semblance and difference;of gradualness and continuity;of initiative and passivity.It contains four major functions:criticism and judgment,education,realization and reformation. |
