| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的核心价值在于以人为本,因而具有十分深刻的人文内涵。科学发展观体现了经济发展向人本主义的回归,体现了科学精神与人文精神的一致,体现了中国传统文化的现代价值。贯彻科学发展观,必须建立社会发展与进步的人文标准,倡导科学的生产方式和生活方式,促进精神文明与物质文明的协调发展,而当务之急则是构建科学发展观的制度基础。

| Abstract: | The core value of science development conception is human-centeredness, so it has very profound humanistic contents. The science development conception not only interprets the return of economic development to humanism, but also embodies modern value of the traditional culture of China. In order to carry through the science development conception, it is necessary to establish the humanistic criterion of society development, initiate science mode of production and life style, and accelerate collaborate development of spiritual civilization and material civilization, however, the urgent matter is structure regime foundation of the science development conception. |
