| 摘 要： | 依法执政成为法治社会所普遍采用的执政方式,缘由在于其自身的魅力价值:体现了执政为民的宗旨,增强了党执政的人民代表性;拓展了执政资源,夯实了党执政的正当性;塑造了党权威的形象,有利于执政公信力的发挥;契合了制度经济学,降低了执政的成本.
