摘    要:分析国有企业基层干部考核的必要性及现有考核制度中存在的问题,提出基于能岗匹配的国有企业基层干部考核体系,通过投影法将岗位任务要求与基层干部的岗位胜任力进行动态匹配。以烟草企业的基层工作站为例,得到结论与实际情况相符,证明该方法科学有效,可以为国有企业基层干部考核提供一种科学有效的方法,对于提高企业管理水平具有积极的指导意义。

Abstract:The necessity of evaluation of grassroots cadres in stateowned enterprises, as well as the existing problems, is ana lyzod. A method based on abilityposition match of grassroots cadres is introduced through the projection method to dynamic match the job requirements and job competency of grassroots cadres. Tobacco industry is taken as an example to prove that the conclusion is consistent with the actual situation, and the method is scientific and effective. This study is meaningful to human re source management for the stateowned enterprise.
