新形势下研究生党支部“3+5”创新模式构建

高校研究生党支部是社会主义核心价值体系武装青年的重要思想阵地。在新形势下,高校研究生党支部面临党支部建设薄弱,组织活动创新不足,导师发挥作用不够,党员数量和质量不成正比等尴尬境遇。建立高校研究生党支部管理新模式,学校、老师以及学生党员相互配合,在优化党支部建设、完善组织生活、实施分层管理、构建党员管理网络平台和加强制度保障等方面进行改革创新,能够达到增强研究生党支部实效性的目的。
