| 摘 要： | 社会转轨,"单位人"向"社区人"转移,各类青年不断向社区聚焦,使社区青年思想政治工作成为共青团工作最活跃的增长点.作为社区青年文化进步的生力军、文明先风的倡导者、群众性精神文明创建活动的组织者、青年权益的忠实代表,共青团的特殊地位及现有组织网络及人才优势,使其有能力克服困难,应对创新工作内容、机制、方式手段和整体提高工作队伍素质的四大挑战.

| Abstract: | Under the new circumstances the ideological and political work among the young people in communities has become the most brisk growth point of the Communist Youth League's work.The League's special status and its advantages of present organizational network and qualified personnel make it have the ability to overcome difficulties and meet the challenges:the content,mechanism and means of innovation and improving the work contingent's integrated quality. |
