| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国进入了社会整体转型期，对民族自治地方的行政区划提出了新的要求，民族自治地方行政区划出现新变化。民族自治地方行政区划存在名称不规范、建制不整齐和系列不完善等问题，要进行必要的规范和调整。

| Abstract: | China has entered a period of social transformation since it adapted open and reform policy,during which new administrative divisions in the autonomous regions appeared.It is necessary to regulate and confirm the divisions so as to resolve such problems as irregular names,incomplete systems and imperfect series. |
