| 摘 要： | 现代政治将个体权利推至无以复加的程度,将个体自由的实现视为政治的终极目的,而国家或社会仅仅是实现这一目的的工具,本身不具有内在的价值或善。现代政治在忠实捍卫个体权利的同时,却造就了德性和欲望、权利和责任失衡的严重后果。当代社群主义对社群共同价值的关注、对公民政治参与的强调、对居间性团体的重视,为诊断现代政治的弊端提供了新的视角,有助于解决自我权利的极度泛滥造就的现代性后果。
