| Abstract: | Through stating Xiongnu and Qiang people's main activities in Lanzhou Area during the Eastern and Western Han Dynasties, analysing the relationship between Xiongnu,Qiang and Han nationalies,the writer defines the ups and downs of different minorities powers in this area,which shows the weakpoints of the minorities policies in Eastern and Western Han Dynasties |
