| 摘 要： | 早期中立评估制度起源于美国,是美国众多司法ADR方式中的一种。早期中立评估制度对于降低当事人的诉讼成本、减少当事人之间的对抗、节约国家司法资源以及缓解诉讼迟延具有重要意义,对我国民事诉讼改革,尤其是民事审前程序的改革具有重要的启示。

| Abstract: | The Early Neutral Evaluation system originates in USA,which is one of the alternative dispute resolutions.The Early Neutral Evaluation has great significance in reducing the litigant costs,decreasing the conflicts between parties,saving judicial resources and solving the litigation delay.It also has very positive impact and lessons for the civil procedural reform in China,especially for the reform of civil pre-trial procedure. |
