摘    要:本文以我国中小学综合课教师培养为研究对象,研究领域包括基础教育和师范教育,以理论和实践为基础,通过对综合课本质、新一轮基础教育课程改革中综合课的分析,以及师范教育和综合课教师培养试验的探讨,构建起兼顾职前与职后的多元培养模式,包括主辅式、整合式、校本培训模式.

Abstract:In this thesis,the study object is the teacher's training model of integrated curriculum in Chinese educationed.Based on the concerned theory and practice,studying fields including elementary education and teacher education,the thesis discusses the characteristics of integrated curriculum,the integrated curriculum in the new curriculum reform,the drawback of teacher education and the teacher's training of integrated curriculum which is on progress.At last,the thesis sets up a multiple model which is a model of teacher training while teaching.
