高师大学生素质教育目标设计

摘    要:高师大学生的特点是确定高师大学生素质教育目标的根本的依据。高等师范院校学生的素质可以分为核心素质、基本素质、综合素质三个层面,每个层面又可以从职业道德、文化素质和心理素质三个方面加以分析。根据上述设想,参照最近的有关研究成果,本文提出了高师大学生的素质教育目标体系的具体内容。

Design of objectives of quality education at teachers' colleges

Abstract:Students' characteristics are the essential basis for defining the objectives of quality education at teachers' colleges. Students' quality can be divided into three levels, namely, core quality, basic quality and comprehensive quality, and each of them can be analyzed from the point of professional morality, cultural quality and psychological quality. According to the above-mentioned idea and with reference to the recent relevant studying results, this paper offers the particular contents of the objective system of quality education at teachers' colleges.
