| 摘 要： | 基于项目成功概念定义了项目管理效用的涵义,根据路径分析法的基本原理,构建了项目管理与项目成功要素之间的路径图模型,实现了结构模型中的因果关系定量化;并结合案例进行了实证分析,做出当前项目管理效用的评价结论。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly gives a definition of the effectiveness of project management based on project success. Then according to the principle of path analysis, it sets a path analysis model related to project management and the elements of project success, which quantifies the causality between interrelated variables. By case studies, a conclusion of evaluation of the effectiveness of current project management is drawn in this paper. |
