大学生村官“水土不服”问题及对策

大学生村官政策是党和国家一项重大的人才战略工程，对加强农村基层组织建设，培养有知识、有文化的新农村建设带头人，同时缓解高校毕业生就业压力起到了积极的作用。但是在实践过程中暴露出的大学生村官仍存在如动机不纯、态度不端正、缺乏基层工作经验、没有明确的岗位责任要求和“独在异乡为异客”情怀等“水土不服”的现象。鉴于这些问题严重影响着大学生村官政策的实施效果，从理论和实践出发，深层次剖析大学生村官“水土不服”的问题和原因，并试图对此提出一些建议。
